  Eligibility: The Fares are applicable only for residents of India.  
 

Minimum stay: None

 
  Maximum stay: 60 days after the first domestic flight or within 81 days after arrival in North America, whichever occurs first.  
 

Children: Published child fares apply to children aged 2-11 years, when accompanied by a full fare paying adult.

 
  Infant: Under 2 years can travel free, if not occupying a seat. Only one infant per full fare paying adult.  
  Stopovers: A maximum of two stops are permitted at any one point (for the purpose of this rule, a stop is defined 4 hours from arrival to departure). However, a point maybe transmitted more than twice for connecting purposes. The points of origin and destination do not count as stopover points.  
  Connections: Additional coupons may be issued free of charge for connection purposes. For example, all connections involving 2 flight coupons will be considered as 1 flight coupon for the purpose of determining the fare level. A flight coupon must still be issued for each flight.  
 

Ticketing: Tickets must be issued in India before travel and before arrival in North America. Tickets may remain open, except for the first flight coupon, provided the complete itinerary is specified.

 
 

Changes: Changes must be made at least 2 hours prior to departure and a fee of US Dollars 50 / Canadian Dollars 68 is payable, if a ticket re-issue is required. Changes accommodated with a revalidation sticker are free of charge. Once tickets have been issued, no additional coupons may be purchased. Involuntary re-routing will be via the services of Air Canada only.

 
  Cancellations:
Prior to departure: If no portion of the ticket has been used, a full refund will be made less a fee of Canadian 73 / US Dollars 50.
 
  Refund: There will be no refund after departure.

  Applications: Applications to be made through March 31, 2002, for residents of, or active duty US Military/ US Government employees stationed in a country/ Commonwealth/ territory other than the 50 US States/DC/ Canada/ Bahamas/ Bermudas or Caribbean. Fares apply in conjunction with international air travel beginning and ending at least 100 miles beyond any US border. Documentation is required as proof of eligibility at check-in and tickets must be conjuncted with international tickets.  
  Ticketing: Tickets must be issued before arrival in the in the US / Canada / Bahamas / Bermuda/Caribbean/Peurto Rico. Must be marked Non-endorsable'.  
  Reservations: Originating flight reservations must be made prior to arrival in the US / Canada /Bahamas/Bermuda /Caribbean/Puerto Rico. Booking class Q/QN.  
  Refunds: Full fare paid less US $75 service charge, if refunded before departure. After departure, no refund will be made.  
  Routing: Open Jaws permitted. One coupon required for each flight boarded. Direct flights require one coupon. First two connections free for transit without stopover. Valid via routings where US publishes local fares.  
  Stopovers: Connections exceeding 4 hours will be considered as stopovers. Maximum 2 stopovers at any one point. A maximum of 2 one way transcontinental trips without enroute stopovers are permitted.  
  Flight changes: If a change is made to the originating flight or if the ticket is reissued, a US $75 service charge will apply. Tickets will be reissued at least 1 day prior to departure. Changes to flight other than the originating flight will not result in a service charge, if there is no change to the originating/destination/stopover points.  
  Seasonality: For any trip beginning between June 01 '00 and Aug 31 '00, the peak season fare will apply for the entire trip. QB signifies basic season, QP signifies peak season in the fare basic code.  
  Minimum stay: None  
  Maximum stay: 60 days (All travel must be completed within 120 days after arrival in the USA)
