Airpasses offer special economy class fares for a minimum
purchase of one sectors to a maximum of 8-10 sectors. Airpasses
are offered by certain airlines for a much cheaper fare in
comparsion to if you add up the cost of each leg flown. These
fares apply if purchased prior to departure when brought along
with international air ticket.

Eligibility:

Application:

Intercontinental travel to Europe can be via any carrier,
including both scheduled and charter flights, ships or
other ground transportation.

The British Midland passes are issued only in conjunction
with the main ticket

Stopovers:

A stopover may be made only once at the same city.
-
A city may be transited more than once for the purpose
of making a connection. The onward connection must be
made on the same day or next available flight. When a
connection is made at an intermediate point and the flight
numbers change, the fare will be calculated as the sum
of the applicable sector fares.

Ticketing:
-
For passenger's convenience, separate tickets from intercontinental
travel should be issued in the country of origin.

Tickets are issued on a predetermined routing with each
coupon closed to British Midland.

All airport departure taxes and security fee are in addition
to the applicable fare and must be collected with details
entered on the ticket.
-
No PTA (Prepaid Ticket Advice) will be allowed or TOD
(Ticket on Departure).

All tickets are issued at time of reservation

Reservations:
-
Only the first segment requires a reservation at the time
of ticket purchase. Other segments can be left open.
-
Open coupons are permitted.
-
Seats may be limited at certain peak times and travel
dates.

Reservations may be changed without penalty, provided
the passenger's itinerary remains the same. Changes can
be made till the time of departure. Passengers failing
to show for flight reservation are subject to forfeiture
of the ticket coupon value.

Refunds:

A full refund may be obtained, less a processing fee of
GBP 30, if tickets are cancelled before departure of first
flight.

No refund is permitted after commencement of travel of
the 'Better Business' buy.

Evidence of cancellation may be required.

Rerouting:
Changes of rerouting involving a ticket reissue are subject
to a processing fee of GBP 30, payable to the issuing travel
agent or carrier. Additional coupons may only be purchased
prior to arrival in Europe. |

stay: 90 days from the first ticketed flight. |
