A ] What are the precautions while handling a VTM Card
?
The security of your Visa Travel Money Card and
PIN is very important. Please ensure that :
. You do not tell anyone your PIN, unless
you wish that person to be able to obtain your Visa Travel Money
Funds.
. Use care to prevent
anyone else seeing your PIN being entered in an ATM.
. Memorize your PIN and then destroy any
record of it.
. Keep the kit you get with your
VTM Card and your Backup Card in a safe place, separate from your
VTM Card.

What
should be done in case of a Lost or Stolen Card or PIN ?
Inform Visa Global Customer Assistance immediately to minimize your
risk. Visa Global Customer Assistance is open 24 hours a day, 365
days a year. Please refer to the Customer Assistance Telephone Directory
for the toll-free number in your area.
Your lost, stolen or damaged Visa Travel Money Card(s) van be blocked
from use and replaced or reissued up to the total number of Visa
Travel Money Cards originally purchased. |

Currency
Conversion Rates while using an ATM ?
If you obtain your Visa Travel Money Funds at an ATM in a currency
other than the currency in which your Card was issued, the amount
to be deducted from your Visa Travel Money Funds will be converted
by Visa International into an amount in the currency of your Card.
Visa International will use the procedures set forth in its applicable
policy in effect at the time the transaction is processed.
If you cash out your remaining Visa Travel Money Funds at a sales
location ( rather than an ATM ), such location will use its own
currency conversion rates. |
