Post Implementation Support

The Implementation of the solution would include the installation of the application in house when the acceptance level has been met. Training to the trainers and the users (wherever necessary) shall be provided for using the application. Continuous feedback will be taken to evaluate the ease of use and acceptance level of the application and fix the bugs if any.

Short Term Post Implementation Support

After the implementation of the MX-ERP the following support shall be provided

  • Onsite Support (3 Months, short term) will be provided on demand or on mutually set dates.
  • We will also set up an online (Skype & Teamviewer etc) support base on preset times for 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, 9.30 am to 6.00 pm (IST).
  • Small Changes are permissible, Fields can be added, Field can be renamed, and some reports can also be generated.
  • On demand training revision sessions through Skype or Teamviewer will be held.

Note: After the whole application has been implemented, any changes in the application (Subject to feasibility of the system and resources) for the first three months would be inclusive service cost. However these changes should not exceed the requirements stated earlier in the main contract.

Long Term Support (Maintenance)

First Year Free of cost Post Implementation Support

  • After the completion of the short term post implementation support, the following year would attract no annual maintenance cost.
  • Support will be restricted to small customizations (adding/removing any fields/data) in the existing forms without changing the flow of data.
  • 3 reports (having not more than 15 input fields each) may be provided for the existing modules, if required.
  • However additional modules/forms/reports/interfaces may be provided at a reasonable cost.

The subsequent years

  • Second year and onward AMC shall be charged @ 18% of the total cost annually.
  • Support will be restricted to small customizations (adding/removing any fields/data) in the existing forms and ensuring/correcting the flow of data within the application.
  • 10 additional forms/reports (having not more than 15 input fields each) may be provided for the existing modules if required.
  • However additional modules/forms/reports/interfaces may be provided at a reasonable cost.
