Smart Deal has taken into account various aspects related with security required by various companies at different levels. This includes first the attributes or rights management or rights to use the system module wise and employee wise. This will enable the management to decide the rights of individuals to manage (add/edit/delete) or retrieve the data or reports from the system.
Another interesting feature is to control accidental deletion or fraudulent deletion of data from the system. Smart deal will keep in the buffer all changes made in the data made by any one for period of 30 Days. A log report is available to administrator in this regard to find out the machine and time on which a particular change was made and log of old values for reversing the database.
(8.0) Messaging (SMS & Networks, Email sending Options)
Smart deal has an inbuilt system to manage emails, network based alerts for sending messages. If required SMS facility can also be incorporated into the system on the basis of payment to relevant ISP on actual charges basis. The facility is largely used for sending alerts or messages for invoice approval from the Director or the Finance Controller of the company.
