Today medical communication standards exist only for the higher level of medical care, like various databases and hospital information systems. Low level communication tasks between the bedside diagnostic devices is not yet standardized, so devices of different vendors cannot be interconnected into a common medical patient monitoring system. The system is so planned that already existing devices are connectable with external link modules. This system Communicate with any RS-232, RS-422A, RS-422-B machine through serial port of computer and fetch data into external system database.

Software Requirement:
Platform: Java 1.4, Swing, AWT, java comm. API
Database: oracle 8i.

Hardware Requirement:
Pentium II with 32 MB RAM
